Project Estimates & Quotes

Quotes are based on the scope, materials, and labor required. Estimates are valid for 30 days and may be adjusted if project details change.

Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate project details and expectations

Approve materials, finishes, and designs before production

Ensure access to the site or furniture for pickup, delivery, or installation

Payment Terms

We require a deposit to begin work, with the balance due upon completion or delivery. Accepted payment methods include credit card, check, or bank transfer. Late payments may incur fees.

Sales Tax: All services and materials provided by First Class Upholstery are subject to applicable state and local sales tax,

which will be included in your final invoice.

Scheduling & Timelines

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity, material availability, and client responsiveness. We strive to meet agreed deadlines and will communicate any delays promptly.

Delivery & Installation

White Glove delivery includes placement, inspection, and optional installation. Clients must inspect items upon delivery and report any concerns within 48 hours.

Changes & Cancellations

Changes to scope or materials must be approved in writing. Cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit or incurred costs, depending on project stage.

Warranty & Service Guarantee

We stand behind our craftsmanship. Most services include a limited warranty covering workmanship and materials. Warranty terms vary by service and will be outlined in your project agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including images, text, and branding—is the property of First Class Upholstery and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local jurisdiction.
